Spigarelli Software Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our apps, including Shoe Mileage Tracker, Every Birthday, and Kindue, and explains how they handle your information.
Information Our Apps Handle
We do not collect or receive your app data, and our apps do not send it to servers owned or operated by us. Depending on the app and the features you use, an app may handle information such as:
- Shoe and gear data you enter, such as shoe names, dates, and mileage information.
- Birthday data you enter, such as names, dates, and related details.
- Family expense data you enter, such as children’s names, expenses, dates, notes, amounts, and repayment status.
- App preferences and settings.
- Apple Health data used by apps that integrate with HealthKit.
This information is stored locally on your device and, when iCloud features are enabled, in your private iCloud storage. We do not have access to it.
Apple Health
Apps that integrate with Apple HealthKit (such as Shoe Mileage Tracker) request read-only access to specific health metrics (e.g., walking distance, running distance). This data:
- Is accessed only on your device.
- Is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
- Is never written back to HealthKit.
- Is used solely to provide the features you requested within the app.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, receive, or store on our servers:
- Personal details entered into our apps, including names and birthdays.
- Shoe, gear, activity, or mileage information.
- Family expense, balance, or repayment information.
- Location data.
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
- HealthKit data.
- App usage analytics.
Third-Party Services
Our apps do not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or social media integrations. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
iCloud Sync
If you use iCloud features within our apps, your data is stored or synced through Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure in private storage associated with your Apple ID. This use of iCloud is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We have no access to your private iCloud data.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
